our story

Crumb Together is a not-for-profit bakery with heart. We train and employ adults with disabilities to create delicious baked goods under the supervision of a professional baker.  At Crumb Together Bakery they learn skills, build self-esteem, socialize, and are productive members of our community.  75% of adults with disabilities are unemployed. Our mission is to change that.

Circle of Friends Crumb Together Bakery's  mission is to train and  employ adults with disabilities in the bakery & food industry. The bakery is a place to learn skills, build self-esteem, socialize, and become part of the greater community.

Crumb Together Bakery meets and overcomes the challenge by designing a program that  trains and employs individuals with disabilities. Our goal is to  combat the disproportionate unemployment rate of people with disabilities, increasing economic security, happiness  and overall quality of life while delivering an exceptional bakery experience. The Bakery increases awareness and understanding within the community by promoting greater tolerance, acceptance, and inclusion of adults with disabilities.
